Leon Walters

Leon started out in game development on the publishing side at Sony Liverpool working on conversions of some of iconic early PlayStation games for Sega most notably Wipeout. He also produced a number of arcade conversions for Sega including Manx TT Superbike which hit the #1 in the UK, US and Japan.

Leon then moved to London, working as an Executive Producer on a number of projects for the likes of EA, Namco and Softbank before co-founding PKR.com with other industry veterans as Chief Operating Officer. PKR was innovative and award winning MMO-inspired online Poker game featuring fully customizable avatars – at it’s peak it PKR had nearly 20 million registered users. After 10 years of online Poker Leon moved into a startup-land and a number of consulting roles in igaming before joining Island Luck as Chief Product Officer in 2017.

Most recently Leon has been doing remote consulting work in igaming, video games utilizing blockchain technology, including a stint as interim MD for CoinPoker.com, from the beach in The Bahamas.
